Ordering custom model online is very simple.
Submit your order via email providing us photos, paint schemes and line drawings of the actual ship or aircraft of your choice. All the information you will submit will be taken confidentially and will be used for production and artist guidance. Materials can be submitted online or inbounds by mail. By filling up the order form, we will have the complete details of building up your model order. You have all the choices to make how you want it. After submission of your information, we will start with the production of your model and will get back to you with the photos of the finished model. If we need more information, we will contact you by phone or by email and will proceed with the construction of your model soon as we have the complete information. SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Models are carefully packed and shipped via leading Air Freight couriers with Economy and Global Services, fully insured to the value of the shipment. A less costly alternative is Express Mail Service (EMS) but is not insured and has longer transit time (15 days average).
Shipping charges for models with box dimensions of more than 18x18x8 inches in length or width or for special models will be quoted.
Shipping charges are quoted in advance for foreign shipments, which are also shipped via Air Freight.
Customs, brokerage charges and fees, and or taxes (where applicable), are the customers financial responsibility. We show full value on all customs forms and invoices.
Should any model be damaged in shipment, Aero-
